Well, so far, so good...
the filling tastes good
...although, I think there's something missing, but I really couldn't figure what it was!... we'll see what the family thinks about it!
The dough turned out great... very good elasticity....

...now let's see if they still do after coming out of the oven! (will try to take a picture before it's cut, and maybe one of a slice...to see how it turns out... (although mom never took a picture of anything she cooked, she insisted that food HAD to look good to be appetizing!)
