Hey S.I... Went back through your blog and after about 15 minutes, I finally figured out who you were refering to... hehe! What finally made your sister click?

I think she had already decided to do it last week, when they had an awful spat, and he said to her "I have already lost one (parent), I don't think it'll make much difference to lose another one" -- referring to his father, who had already disowned him in February...I think that made her snap, being compared to him, who is such a lousy parent (I despise the man!)...She had already decided then that once he collected his first payment from the new job, drugs or no drugs, he was out of the house...and then, yesterday was the first day of training for the new job, and the supervisor called her to let her know that he had been inapropriately dressed when he arrived -- jeans and t-shirt-- and that he had left in the middle of the training, so he was withdrawn from the hiring process (no kidding!)...so, she faked it last night that she was mad but was not going to put her on the street and then this morning brought him to the contact center for the rehab home under pretense of running an anti-doping (the guys at the center suggested this) so that if he got violent she wouldn't be alone and also so he would have no access to any of the stuff he left behind (clothes, CD's, painting stuff) to sell for drugs...sad, sad thing...I think sis has already mourned him...last time (when my money disappeared) she was sobbing and crying "my baby, I lost my baby" and this time she's just so calm it's spooky...

SI.. I'm sorry to hear this. Although it might be for the best. Tell your sister she did the right thing and shouldn't feel guilty or sorry - although she is ok with her decision.
My husband went through a similar thing with his daughter (from his previous marriage). The kid moved in with us back in 2002 and for over 2 years was just obnoxious, disrespectful, doing whatever she felt like doing, failing at school, etc... Finally, one Saturday evening, when she was grounded, she decided she was going to go out anyway. Her father and her had an argument, and she finally ended up calling the police telling them she was being beaten and physically abused and so on (completely wrong, need I mention). She got her way and went out that evening, my husband spent the week-end in jail, and that's the last time we heard from her. He doesn't miss her...

I hope your lives get back to normal after this.
