I checked Sertracen's website (about 1,000 times) today...finally:

Su tr�mite ha finalizado, Puede retirar la tarjeta o la documentaci�n que ha solicitado. No olvide traer su tarjeta anterior si no fuese matr�cula.

woo-hoo! I can go get them tomorrow (it's 3pm, and they close at 4pm!)
