...documents for MORE travel expenses!!...Just when I thought I was done with them until after the Holidays!! Frown

ok...I can think of so many nicer Easter gifts...is there a way you can streamline this job??? Can the recipients list their expenses on the receipts??... sounds like a brainstorming session is in order!!!

...everyone hates the new travel control system...that's why they dump, ..er, delegate this task on me!...but, I did send them a message the other day telling them what is required/acceptable documentation (boarding passes, invoices vs credit card vouchers, etc)...I also asked them to sort the items by trip and, by category, according to the categories established by the system (breakfast, lunch and dinner, as opposed to "meals", for example)...so that should make things easier!...I finished 7 more yesterday, and have only 3 more to go today!! (and, since the Project Managers, Directors and VP are gone, there is no way on earth I can get more travel expenses until AFTER the holidays!!...I'll be swamped with personal travel expenses THEN! -- they get a "personal travel budget" as part of their benefits package, and must submit documentation for reimbursement!)
