today I feel appreciated...and why it makes me mad!

According to our agreement, I told my boss (the director) about the job interview today...he said: oh, if you leave school at 3, then perhaps you could come here from 4 to 6, or 7, and continue to work part time with us...so, that means they really value my job....which makes me even madder to think that, if I'm so good, they still haven't found a way to give me a raise! ...and my boss (the VP) is out sick...in the hospital, actually! ((sigh))...there goes my chance of finding out this week!

    Now's the most delicate time. Keep your eyes open, but be gracious and no burning of bridges even though you sooo want to! You might need them someday in some weird way. Smile

    thanks! ...I know, and, incredibly enough - excepting the last job- I've always managed to keep a good relationship with former bosses/colleagues...I really do like the people here, and, honest, if it weren't for the $$$ issue, I wouldn't even think about leaving...(yes, they CAN be annoying, but, you'll find that at every job!)
